Final Environmental Impact Statement

This Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) was prepared to assess the environmental consequences of the National Indian Gaming Commission’s (NIGC) approval of a management contract between the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria (Tribe) and SC Sonoma Management, LLC. The foreseeable consequence of this federal action will be the development of a casino/hotel resort either on the Wilfred site, the Stony Point site or the Lakeville site, in Sonoma County, California. The effects of eight alternatives, including an alternative use and a No Action alternative, are analyzed within this FEIS.
